You can book online by going to the What’s On section for each theatre where shows currently on sale will be listed. Please select which show and date you wish to book for and then click the Book Now button. Please remember to update your basket throughout the process. There is a £1 booking fee applicable to each ticket booked using credit/debit card.
In Person
You can book in person at either of our venues. The Advance Box Office, at the Secombe Theatre is open from 9am – 4.30pm weekdays whilst the Advance Box Office at The Charles Cryer Studio Theatre is open on Saturdays from 10am – 5.45pm. The Box Office closes for lunch between 12.30pm and 1.30pm. On weekday performance days the Secombe Theatre is open from 9am until 30 minutes after the start time of a performance and on weekends not less than 1 hour before the start of a performance until 30 minutes after the last performance has started. At The Charles Cryer Studio Theatre on performance days the box office opens at 6pm.

You can book or reserve tickets by calling our box office number, 020 8770 6990. If we are unable to answer the phone it is because we are already serving a customer so do please leave a message on the answerphone and a member of staff will get back to you. Please note that if you have elected to have unidentified numbers not accepted by your phone we will not be able to call you back as your phone won’t accept our call.
Fees
Please note the booking fee applies for all transactions paid for by credit/debit card but does not apply to transactions paid for by cash/cheque. We do accept cheques less than two weeks prior to the date of the performance you are booking for.
Receiving Your Tickets
You can either elect to collect your tickets or have them posted out to you. There is a 40p charge to have your tickets posted.
