Work Experience
Did you know that the Secombe Theatre offers week-long work placements throughout the year?
While we cannot turn students into professional singers or dancers we do offer you the chance to gain a well-rounded understanding of how all the departments in a theatre work.
We aim to actively engage all students in our normal working practice and this will include working on the technical aspects of a show, attending meetings, visiting different sites for marketing purposes. We cannot promise that there won’t be any photocopying but we do aim to keep it to a real minimum!
Our busiest times of the year are October to January and we especially welcome extra pairs of hands during this time.
